    I have a PCB and Flex circuit. I need to joint them by using hand soldering. So the material that I use is solder paste(60/40) and water soluble flux. when I testing the pcb and flex after joint it, i found that have oscillation in signal. is it water soluble flux is the main cause of the oscillate?
