    Hi, I used Nickel plated (Electroless Nickel plating process) housing to coil my pure copper wire, after sometime, I found that the first layer (contact with Nickel surface) of copper became contaiminated, is Nickel plating not suitable for copper wire?

    Nickel plating performs well on copper, however, plating conditions are important and contamination during plating should be avoided.
